It's really good, it's what I use and I've bitten my nails for a long time and usually when I stop and let them grow usually they break very easily once they get to a certain length. To make them healthy as a pretense to stronger nails, soak them in apple cider vinegar for about 15 mins. Then use Sally's instant strengthener.

eating jello and one of the best is tapping your finger nails. at least 10 min a day! It rly helps like automatically!

I like OPI - is very expensive but really works. Comes in shiny & matte (dull) finish. I like the matte better.
BUT - eating lots of protien will do it too! Add some jello to your routine diet - cottage cheese etc. etc.
