18 for a boob job otherwise you would need your parents consent. Tanning salon doesn't age verify where we live. Most kids start at 14 and go with their mom or siblings.

to get a breast job done, you should almost be in your mid 20s to early 30s, like others have pointed out, because you're still growing. And my own personal opinion is that no one should even go to a tanning salon. If you get your breasts done and all that jazz, why would you want to put yourself through a process that by the time you're 40 makes you look like a baked potato made out of leather? Not to mention the risks of skin cancer and all that. Why not just get a spray tan? I've heard good things about Mystic tanning and you don't run the risk of aging yourself prematurely.
What you think makes you look good at a young age won't necessarily help you in the long run. Have you ever seen those women who've been tanning and tanning for years? They look disgusting!

To be honest, most good plastic surgeons will not give boob jobs to girls under 30. This is because it interferes with breastfeeding, and also that breasts can continue to develop until that age. There are cases, such as one breast not developing or reconstructive surgery from breast cancer, in which a good plastic surgeon will give boob jobs below the age of 30. But most of the time, it's a really bad idea to get a boob job from someone who will operate on a normal, healthy girl who is still developing. They're probably not good surgeons and you run a huge risk of infection or a botched surgery, so it's best to stay away from them. Don't worry, you might just be a late bloomer.
and about the tanning salons, I think you can go at 16.

I think you can get a breast augmenation at 16 or 17 with parents consent only, but finding a doctor that would perform one a teenager might be hard because of the fact (as someone else had stated) you're still growing, and teenagers often change their minds more often then they change their underwear. Especially girls.
As far as the tanning salon goes, i'm sure that would depend on each individual salon. Call them and ask them.

why would you want a boob job. real women are much better, and we are fading fast. why would you want surgery? stay yourself, you get more respect. why be a fake woman?
