load video into pc,and then save to documents,go to email program and attach to email and forward,sending may take longer if internet speed is slow,hope this helps

The best way I know is done during Yahoo Messenger chat. Send file, find the video and click it to them. Best both sides have DSL for this, though.

save it to disk locally as a Quicktime movie MPEG4 encoded or avi file.
Do not use windows media player as many people cant play it as its either blocked for virus threat reasons or they use Linux or Mac OS. and AVI or mpeg4 will give you the smallest file size better saved at 1/4 XGA or 350*320 size as it will leave quick files unless detail is important.

then email it as an attachment!

you could upload it onto youtube.com and then ask ur friends to check it on there, just give them the name of the file.
