I want to talk go out with this asian girl but she works all the time and so I can like hang out with her at all help out please.
She dosen't get breaks in the day because she works with her family. what is my next move?

may be her family need workers .. work with her ;)
and then you might have "romantic" moments without affecting her busy schedule ;)
but really who works 24/7 ?!!!

How about slipping her a note and asking her to call you? But if she works all the time, and gets no breaks, what are the chances she'll have time to go out?

first try to win her confidence over her then she wil definately going to give you time from her very busy shedule.try to keep some physicall relations with her. so can she can come closer to you.
