Well obviously there's reconstructive plastic surgery for those with cancer and serious disfigurement. As for elective plastic surgery, why not? It could be important to your career if you're an actress. It could make a person feel good about themselves again.

Plastic surgery isn't just a procedure that changes the appearance, it changes a way the person and the world views that person's outside appearance. Quite often, people who are willing to undergoe a surgical procedure to change something about their appearance are doing it because of years of being teased, stared at and humiliated. So, to answer your question, I think it's OK to have plastic surgery because if a person doesn't like the way they look and want to change it, they should. Of course, there are people out there who abuse themselves with surgery (there's one guy we all know about - You can call him Mr Jackson, if you're nasty...) Yep, so, I think the answer I'm giving here is that it's ok to have plastic surgery in an effort to better one's self esteem.

Okay...
Your thesis may be something of such (1st sentence only):
Today in the medical world, there have been many proven benefits to plastic surgery. One of those benefits can be higher self esteem. blah blah blah
P1 - Topic sentence, and supporting details
P2 - same thing
P3 - same thing
P4 - same thing
etc..
Conclusion: Restate thesis in different words. Lightly touch upon your P1-P4 topics and conclude the thing.
There are different types of conclusions: Evaluation, Warning, Prediction, or Call to Action. You choose your conclusion and use your thesis and topic sentences as a guide to your writing.
that was my 2 cents, Hope that helped!

it fairly is ridiculous to check out to point out that the % of Koreans who've had plastic surgical operation is somewhat comparable to that of the U. S.. sounds like a Korean tabloid. lots of the newspapers there probable have approximately as much as credibility as a results of fact the Weekly international information real here. it fairly is vastly famous and espresso-value sufficient for many persons do it. And it particularly is not continuously simple to get a job working with the final public in case you do not meet the somewhat Western standards of a suitable nostril and "double eyelids."

I think the reasons are very different for reconstructive versus cosmetic. You might want to start with that.

well people take the chance of things going wrong to have it if they think it will lead them to perfection. its not ok but it is ok, there is really no answer to that. people are different and they all think differently about it

I think it is bad to have it unless to really need it because you had cancer or something and you need to have it re-constructed. Otherwise its crap. Do your own homework!
