Ever had doubts about your ability to do something new?
Just think back in your life, right the way back to birth and list all the skills you've mastered. If your honest with yourself, you'll soon end up with dozens/hundreds of skills you've picked up along life's rocky road.
Be amazed at yourself, be proud of your achievements, and whilst your on a roll think about all the positive comments you've got from people, what gives you the greatest satisfaction?
This I've found, is a good starting point; once you believe in yourself, your halfway to writing a brilliant CV, and have all life's experiences at hand to back it up, to convince your next employer you're the best possible person for the job.
As for trying to make it in a big way, give yourself room in your life to relax, try something new, kick start your imagination, and let the idea's flow.
If you come across something new that we just cannot do without- whoo-oo.
Best of luck, Dave.

Make it is a relative term. For a lot of people that means getting rich, even though money doesn't always equal happy. Personally I think I have made it. I am not rich, but I do what I love for work, I have a great family and friends, I live in a nice house in a safe area. What else is there?

Try the tried and tested method: do something you love and passionate about, build your expertise in it, and (possibly) align it with your life purpose. Also, ensure that other people benefit from your passion, then you get paid for what you love to do. If you dont know your life purpose, ask yourself, ask within. It is something that resonates with your soul, something you are naturally good at, something you do even when you are not paid for it, something that you will do even if you have tonnes of money. Trust this helps.
