Sophia Bush. Why? Because i think she is a better actor. No offence to Chad or anyone that likes him. But look at it in season one of Tree Hill, Sophia was a ***** whom we saw different at the end, we started to see who she really was. Season 2, we got to know her better her character developed into this really strong and caring person who became student council president. Then in Season 3 we saw that she was human and just like everyone of us, make mistakes and is scared. Her character has developed therefore displaying her acting ability. She can really act.

Probably Sophia because while I hated Brooke in the first few seasons, I grew attached to her mid-series as she developed as a character and got a backbone. Lucas just went all downhill.
