My hitting sucks, but I really like my pitching, so I was thinking of choosing all 4 keepers from my rotation. The only hitter I am considering would probably be Kinsler, who could become a Michael Young-like player. For right now, it looks like it'll be Bonderman, Papelbon, Weaver, and Reyes. Who would you pick?

Yeah, I was also thinking of Zumaya. Jones isn't such a good closer but the Tigers won't be making any changes until next season since they're in first place. Papelbon might become a starter so I might need Zumaya to be my closer. Bonderman, Papelbon, Weaver, Zumaya. I'll consider Lee, Kinsler, Baldelli, Reyes, Soriano. What do you guys think?

Lee, Papelbon, Bonderman, and Weaver. Also consider Zumaya because he has the stuff (102 MPH fastball) to become the closer as Todd Jones gets older.

You have to keep some hitting because you have 2 apparant studs and if not you'll start out in a huge hole w/o a player like Berkman, Papi, Pujols. Lee could be one of those guys next year and is worth the risk.

Lee - First round pick was Pujols amazing before his wrist injury.
Delgado - In Mets lineup a shoe-in for big statistics
Weaver - This guy is the real deal. Best pitcher in Anaheim already.
Papelbon - Starter or reliever he should dominate and is young.

Check your 2006 draft. I'd wager that players like Zito, Beckett, Mussina and Lackey were later round picks. You'll be able to get Zumaya, Bonderman, Reyes later than those guys. Arroyo would be the only one i'd worry about but I think his stats will slip a bit in the second half.

Papelbon, weaver and Reyes are givens.

Fourth guy, am I between Soriano and Bonderman. I think Soriano will end up being a really good closer (prediction: within two years, either JJ putz or Soriano will be traded), and if holds count, he will be a monster next year as well. Bonderman is pretty solid too, though.

I'd do Weaver, Paps, Bonderman, & Baldelli. Baldelli in that offense is going to put up some serious #'s. I'm not that impressed with Reyes. I'd also consider doing D. Lee instead of Baldelli.

If I were you I'd keep Lee, Delgado, Bonderman, and Arroyo. This way, you can keep some offense to go with that nice starting pitching you have
