She has many positive, admirable qualities that, regardless of her gender, would be attractive to many voters. But I also think it unfortunate that she became involved in the Bush administration's lies regarding Iraq. This is a serious black mark on her public record that the Democrats would correctly use against her.
Before deciding, I would have to hear her stance on policies, not as Secretary of State but as her own person.

No, but interestingly enough she may get many liberals and or Democrats as swing votes because she is black and she is a woman. It could be a very interesting race. My choice is not clear yet. I'll wait and see who our choices are. The color of their skin or their gender will not have an effect for me. Having voted since 1972 my vote has changed quite a bit. It would be nice to have an intelligent president with morals. They all say they are to get our votes. I'm just waiting for the one who has some truth within themselves to be elected because I think more then ever this country needs a real leader either Democrat or Republican. It may be the impossible dream but there is always hope.

Well, if the rumors were false, that would mean she wasn't running...so then no, I wouldn't vote for her if whe wasn't running for pres.
However, if she DID run for president, then YES I would vote for her. Not because she is black and not because she is a woman. But because she is very smart and savvy about foreign affairs. I would definately vote for Condoleeza Rice.

Black, green, yellow , blue or white, once you have rubbed against George Bush, you are tainted for life. Look what happened to Colin Powell, he could have duck-walked into The White House as a Democrat and now he is political dead meat.

If Condi runs it will throw a wrench into the woman's movement, OK who do we disenfranchise a Black Woman or a White Dyke (Hillary). That's one confusing choice, I vote for Condi unless Rudy G. runs.

I would vote for her in a second...and I would work on her campaign. She is intelligent, and strong, thoughtful, and hardworking....she is really someone to look up to. Unfortunately, I have seen her personally say she was not throwing her hat in the ring in '08....although that was a couple of months ago....so I guess there is hope yet.

She has already said that she doesn't want to run. If she changes her mind, republicans would be voting for a 'flip-flopper' and since they hate being hypocrites, my guess is she won't win. I would keep my mind open, and make a decision when I hear her platform.

I'm for a woman president but I'm not sure it should be her. But
if the race was her against Hillary, I would pick Condeleeza over
Hillary any day.
