If you spray it on bushes it kills aphids by suffocation. My own experince tells me if you use it on lawn it seems to feed the weeds better than the grass.
If you really want to 'recycle' it usefully you can wash garden fences with it, also cars and concrete, or terrazo or tiles

Gray water is fine for gardens. This is water from bathtubs, washing machines, and lavatories. You do not want to use water from washing cloth diapers on a food garden, but it's OK for flowers. Water from washing dishes may have too much grease to be healthy for plants.
My gray water line is from the bathtub, washing machine and bathroom sink, and the outlet drain is home to an enormous toad, big enough to completely block a 3 inch pipe. He has to hop out when the washing machine drains.

Yes it's ok. You spray very soapy water on roses, beans etc. to get rid of greenfly/blackfly and it does no harm.
In plumbing there are 'grey water systems' that divert washing up and bathwater onto the garden instead of down the drain.

I'd advise a test spot somewhere you don't mind doing damage and water it for a week or so and if it still surviving it should be ok.
I remember as a kid my brother used washing liquid and water on grass to get worms never did the lawn any harm.

there are bio-degradable soaps that are safe... but ultimately no... Soap and Grass don't go together. Plant life LOVES clean water.
