Example: the wrong person saying hello, crossing paths with people, the wrong pitch of sound or noise period. We all have those days. I just wanna know how others handle them.

you have two choices, you can deal with it, or disconnect yourself from it. The alternative I tried, I bought some voodoo enimies be gone juice and sprinkled it on my front step to ward off people who meant me harm or foul. Then I cast a no harm spell to keep negative energy from me.
Then if all else fails, I just smoke a GIANT DOOBIE

i try to relax and realize there is no reason i should really be on my last nerves to begin with, take a deep breath, and realize im lucky for what i have and should never been close to on my last nerves...

i mean honestly, nothing is that important (like a noise, person's hello, even being CUT off, or anything so trivial) that should cause ANYONE to get that excited!! and then i search for a good stress reliever - like some rough SEX!

and we all have to stop thinking about i, i, i and start thinking about us, us us!

Sounde like you need a break. Take time off to relax, or even just a night alone to relax, and calm down.. Maybe you are really stressed out.. :) Ive been right where you are.

I simply try to calm down and take a deep breath. But if Im really annoyed, I yell at someone, usually the person whos involved. But thats just me! :)

I indulge in something special for myself - a walk, a Starbucks Mocha, listen to some music, try to disconnect from my frustrations.

drink something and cool off, punch a wall (pick one thats already messed up), then listen to some relaxing pop music that makes you happy.

i am feeling that way right this minute....singing Kenny rogers in my head has been helping but i am afraid that someone is just gonna say or do something that i cannot ignore and if i explode it will not be pretty.....
