Bush being an oil man and owns stock in United Defense a military contractor, does it seem strange from the beginning why he chose certain people to be with him?

Dick Cheney, ex-ceo of Haliburton. Major contractor to the Iraq war.

Colin Powell, ex-commander in the gulf war against Iraq. Now left after questions about Iraq started surfacing.

Condoleeza Rice, board member of Citgo Oil.

Karzai, project manager for Citgo Oil in Afghanistan to build the pipeline for Bin Laden and Bush family venture, the Carlyslle Group. Now the president of Afghanistan.

Does it seem like more like a corporation coalition was formed rather than a presidential cabinet?

Is it conincidence or is Bush just so smart that when elected, he knew he needed all these people to deal with upcoming Iraq war and oil issues?

He didn't choose them. His daddy did. If you check out who was on H.W.'s cabinet, it's the same cast of characters. Dubya is a good boy. He just does what his papa tells him to do without even thinking about it. Or thinking at all for that matter.

It's amazing how gullable right wingers are they think that Bush is smart when in truth he had no idea how to run this country his cabinet was hand selected by his father with one goal in mind and that was to control the biggest oil reserve in the world IRAQ, but at what cost this is the same administration that is selling our country to foreign nations at the rate of 2 billion dollars a day in trade deficits. Pretty soon all you supporters of Bush will be wondering why the only job you can get is at McDonalds or Burger King and at an hourly rate of 33 cents an hour just like your Chinese counterparts. Hey good luck with that and try feeding your children on that wage that is if the government even allows you to have kids. Wake up America and take the country back from the ultra right wing conservatives that are ruining this once great nation. Don't be fooled that the world loves us or even needs us.

Try to find any politician or power broker that is not involved with oil or banking. It runs across the board in both parties. The Bush cabinet happens to be the best and brightest, who would you rather see..members of PETA and Union bigwigs or smart business people. The world is run on oil, so it makes sense that the people in charge have a knowledge of how the world works.

When appointing a cabinet the only qualification is that each member must know more about their charge than the President does...In Bush's case this leaves the door wide open.

Please remember that cronyism has been a long tradition in DC.
