He has successfully prevented any further 9/11 style attacks on the US.

He has turned around an economy that was sagging at the end of the 90's and turned worse after 9/11...

He has delivered tax breaks that have been used to re-invigorate the economy...

He has shown terrorists that the US is a force to be reckoned with and that we will not rest until terrorists are vanquished.

He has demonstrated that "faith based" volunteer initiatives can go a long way toward getting many good things accomplished in this country that many people thought previously had to be taken on by the government (= our tax dollars).

He has shown great courage and resolve in the face of lots of hateful criticism that he will stay focused on doing what is best for this country, not what the newspapers and networks think is best for this country.

He has appointed thoughtful, talented, judicious people to our courts who will handle their legal responsibilities with respect and with the attitude that the Constitution is what our laws and government are based upon, not upon the latest poll data.

He has shown himself to be a calm voice of reason, and that he possesses wisdom and ability far beyond what any of his critics will ever give him credit for.

He has shown ample proof that the war on terror is the right fight for us to be in right now, and future generations will benefit from the fact that we did not shrink from this responsibility.

I would tell you if I thought you would really appreciate it...but since I sense you are just waiting for a chance to poke fun....
oh what the hell:here are a FEW things.
-boosted the economy due to his tax breaks...
- showed a face of the US to be strong, and full of resolve.
- has begun the important yet tedious process of spreading a new type of government in the Middle East...to rid the world of the oppressive governments that harbor terror and hate.
- made America safer....any terrorist attacks since 9/11?
- it's not in the US...but ask women in Iraq and Afghanistan how they felt voting for the first time in their lives.
- Also ask the people in Iraq if they appreciate the opportunity to finally lay to rest the loved ones that were snatched and murdered by Hussein's regime for no reason at all.
- and my personal favorite...has driven liberals crazy by the fact that he just kept winning...

I gained't communicate for everybody yet me... yet, evaluate this... even as G.H.W. Bush replaced into in Kuwait (throughout Clinton's administration), there replaced into an assassination attempt on his existence. It replaced into determined that the attempt got here from Iraqi operatives. Many DEMANDED a conflict against Iraq correct then. Clinton dropped some bombs, and released some cruise missiles, and Clinton diverted interest from the total difficulty... by being Clinton. So, Bush (who by the way CAMPAIGNED on a platform that protected regime change in Iraq (which, by the way, bill Clinton supported) decides the time replaced into correct for an invasion... Democrats (who supported conflict with Iraq purely many years beforehand) now call Bush a "tyrant", and such... per chance you and that i have diverse dictionaries... besides the undeniable fact that it is referred to as a double popular in mine. Now comes Obama... pushing by an better than $a million TRILLION (by the way, funds we do no longer have) spending kit (undergo in options, by the Dems own NUMBERS, purely $240 BILLION of it is "tax relief") - it is $800 BILLION in authorities spending... increasing the dimensions of the authorities better than it has EVER been better in our heritage! that's what Bush replaced into criticized for very nearly as a lot because the conflict! back, a double popular. (by the way, what Obama is that includes in spending over the subsequent 2 years is better than the total conflict attempt has value to on the present time in 7 years!) So, if there is hypocrisy, easily you won't be able to placed the blame squarely on one area!

He pulled the economy out of the recession that started in 2000, he finally made the war on terror a priority instead of just ignoring it while it grew, he has greatly expanded funding for hydrogen technology, he has started the process of holding America's crappy teachers to account for their poor performance, he has lowered taxes (no, not just for the rich, for everyone), he has made allies with Pakistan, he nominated two excellent supreme court justices who, unlike their liberal peers, wouldn't vote to let towns in Connecticut to seize land from the poor and give it to developers, and best of all, he has put the fear of God into the heathen left. Any more questions?

He did show to all whos eyes are open that our government is in the pocket of the corporations, and that they have no difficulty in sacrificing our lives - as long as it's profitable for them.
With "globalization" of business, corporate interests are no longer aligned with best interests of our nation, so expect worse times ahead, as they will not hesitate to bleed us dry and jump the fence where the grass is greener. With government aiding and abetting them instead of controlling them its free for all.

P.S. Don't think Democrats are any better - they just paid for by different corporations.

I'm not a Republican, but I can say the one good thing Bush did was lowering taxes which in turn boosted our economy tremendously. (Though Bush was just one of three branches that passed that)

He has reminded us how important it is to have separation of powers between the three branches of government. This is a very good thing. Unfortunately, he didn't do it on purpose.

Also -- to my knowledge, he has never misspelled the word "Potato."
