Don't know about the word shaman, but there are several people who use the word Shazam (name of the wizard giving the power) to transform into superheroes.
Captain Marvel - Billy Batson
Mary Marvel - Mary Bromfield (actually Billy's twin sister; magic lighning works in a wierd way)
The Lieutenant Marvels (3 other kids named Billy Batson; magic lightning works in a wierd way)
Black Adam (the dude Shazam gave power to who was good but turned evil; apparently Shazam couldn't revoke his gift)
Hoppy the Marvel Bunny (Don't ask).
Captain Marvel, Jr. (Freddy Freeman) transformed by saying the name Captain Marvel

There was a minor Marvel Comics hero named Shaman (he was a member of Alpha Flight), but he did not transform or utter any catch phrases. If you meant Shazam, the previous posters are correct that it was Captain Marvel (real name: Billy Batson).

Alpha Flight from the X-Men Comics has a Shaman. He and Wolverine go way back.
