First of all, start with talking to her about it. Explain her what you don't like, and what's interrupting you, but easy, you don't want to hurt her.
If she won't take your words and try to change the situation, then you'll have to ignore it. For example; if she does something that annoys you, then try not to pay attention to this, as long as it not something serious.

Depends on the situation. Communication is the key, if you can't talk to her or she won't listen to reason than move out. There's no reason for you to stay is there?
