superb project is to purely take a seat at the same time with her and talk at the same time with her. tell her your frustrations. if sheis cool then she ought to a minimum of take a even as to regulate her techniques. yet, having dealt with slobs beforehand, no authentic thanks to fix it till you DO grow to be confrontational. if it bothers you that a lot then have a touch pow wow with the different ladies. at the prompt are not making it quite a lot the lavatory yet take a seat and order a pizza or something and in basic terms talk. then raise how disgusting the lavatory is and get a feeling for a way the others imagine. perhaps you are able to make up some style of cleansing agenda between both rooms. If it receives somewhat undesirable then you definitely can bypass to the housing administrator and ask for a replace or rooms or something is you purely won't be able to stand the residing arrangements. I had roommates that doesn't flush after taking a unload, then may close the lid.......you are able to imagine how that little assembly went. both way, step out of your epidermis for slightly and aspect with the different ladies. in the experience that they imagine you a prissy bi*ch bcuz of it then oh properly, won't be able to win all of them you recognize? a minimum of you'll have some dignity

Look, it would be a lot more easy to me if you would explain a bit more, but, let's give it a try:

First of all, start with talking to her about it. Explain her what you don't like, and what's interrupting you, but easy, you don't want to hurt her.
If she won't take your words and try to change the situation, then you'll have to ignore it. For example; if she does something that annoys you, then try not to pay attention to this, as long as it not something serious.

Depends on the situation. Communication is the key, if you can't talk to her or she won't listen to reason than move out. There's no reason for you to stay is there?
