It is a known fact that colours can change different moods and even elp people with add and adhd focus better. Dark colors such as black, dark brown, red and so forth and so on can manipulate your moods and even feelings. Such as sadness, anger, frustrations, rage and so forth and so on. Colors like green and red helps a person with add and adhd focus better. Light colors are also mood altering. There a certain relaxation excercies you can use by thinking of colors.

Yes they can, especially if a person has attention deficit disorder or something like it. My son has ADD and my doctor told me that I should always use soft colors like pale blue. She said that bold colors like red can cause you to become more belligerent, for example. So yeah, colors tend to make you more emotional.
