Personally I think natural beauty has to do with whats really on the outside and whats really on the inside. Its going au naturel without the make-up, the accessories, the fancy clothes and the image. As it relates to whats really on the inside, thats letting go of all the pretentions, the portrayal and supposed image you present to the world. Its showing what you really are on the inside. Natural beauty today is a very rare thing, because we're thought that this image can get us places and make life a bit easier. But honestly at the end of the day how many of us are tired of the image both on the inside and the outside? Personally I am. Thats why going home for me represents being myself. No wonder I look forward to the end of the day.

Natural beauty is something that you were born with and didn't have to come out of your pockets for. As a matter a fact, take a look in the mirror, we all have natural beauty in some form or fashion.

Natural beauty is no makeup just a fresh washed face with a natural glow. Hair done in a fun way, not all done up.
Cozy clothes...and still feeling great about yourself when you go out :-)

Start with a bit of self confidence about your appearance ... good hygiene ... clean clothes too ... no make-up but lotion or sunblock is acceptable ... a warm smile is a nice touch but not required ... clean teeth and mouth ... no jewelry ... clean brushed hair ... head wrap or tied is OK ... no barrettes or ornamentation ... clean and trimmed nails ...
