Then take a nap, change clothes when you get up, and pretend it's a new day!! i've done it before... I was very disoriented when I was done with my nap.. I really thought it was tomorrow... good luck!

OK, crawl back in bed for a few minutes. Get up and start smiling at yourself in the bathroom mirror. Announce that this will be the perfect day and ignore anything that happened before this moment (today). Start inviting some good thoughts and ideas and you will be fine.
