I live in Cols, OH with K. Blugrass and I have lawn full of many different weeds. How do I get rid of them?

I have a regular fertilization schedule, Scott's recommended steps as well as cut the grass often. It seems to be heavy crabgrass and clover with some other weird looking weeds. The thisle seems to come back stronger every time we pull it at the root.

In Florida the weeds can be more powerful and green than the
grass. After years of battleing the weeds, I now just mow them and am happy everything is green. Good Luck. Your grass
dies back in the winter anyway, doesn't it??
