the best you can do is sit her down for a real talk! Don't be all whiney about it cause that will cause her to see you as a child! Tell her about how embarassing it is to change for gym clsass, or go swimming when all the other girls are already shaving. Make a list if you want and show her the pros/cons of you shaving now. Be honest. Or maybe you can ask her if you can start slowly. Like only shaving one body part ie underarms. If she sees you do okay with that then move to the legs. She might feel that if you shave youare more likely to do "other things" ease her worries by showing her its a hyigene thing rather then a boy thing! hope that helps sum

Maybe your Mom doesn't think you are hairy enough to begin the hassle of shaving. Develop a good relationship with your Mom. You may not always agree with her but she ultimately is there for your well being. If you still dont agree, try to have a nice discussion of the pros and cons.

if you are talking about pubic hair and if you are like a really young girl i would follow your mom's advise - to begin with it is a hassle to shave 3-4 times a week - also some say that the more you shave it grows back thicker - i can tell you that many men like myself think a neatly trimmed bush is beautiful and it could be that if other girls are making fun it is just because they are jealous

ok try this....tell her that you're growing up and you will be one of the girls in school known as the "hairy girl"....tell her that u'll be responsible and shave carefully...compliment her.....tell her you want to have awesome legs just like her.....tell her that its important for you to look good and if you its around that time when you attract boys......if that doesnt work dont sweat it.....trust me....your mom may want to wait a while...you are her little grl after all....she just cant see you growing up that fast.....later on she'll come to her senses and let you shave....just wait

if your Mother says "no." then you should follow her rules. There is a reason she doesn't want you to shave right now, and it's her right, as your mother, to tell you what to do.
She gets to make the rules, and then, when you're an adult, you can make your own rules. But, until then, you should do what your mother says.

well my mom didnt let me have till i was 13 it suked cuz my hair was all black and peolpe were makin fun of me! and 4 christmas she got me a shaver!
