U no those eyeliners that aren't pencils, they like twist up, and down, those r a really good eyeliner

I bought one from a spa (Spa Utopia & Salon in Vancouver Canada) and i love it! It's a liquid kind but it goes on so nice. It come with 3 different colours and a brush, the colours match so you can mix and match. I really like it, I guess it was wroth the $35.

perfectwear eyelineer pen by Avon. Amazing stuff. I have been using it for about a month and i love love love it. Its only 4.99!!!!

Eyeliner pencil is a better look.
Lancome has some fantastic shades too.

I like Maybelline liquid but stay away from there pens god i HATE them, but Covergirl Perfect Point Plus.

Walgreen's has the best retractable eye liner pencils and they are so cheap. 2 for $3.00 Brand name Jordana, check right in front of the beauty counter or try www.walgreens.com

Get one that is soft. Do not get a hard pencil (ouch) or a brush on (hard to control). Avon makes one that swivels up, and is soft and easy to apply, but I have seen them at WalMart too. I think Revlon makes one. Go to the make up counter at any store and check them out...but for sure get a soft one.

Pencils are the best never roll up because yuo can make the pencils rly pointed but you can't with the roll up. And the best is beauticontrol!

M.A.C make-up works really good, i use it everyday and it doesnt come off or smear like other eyeliner pencils.
