***NO SH **T I KNOW HE RETIRED, BUT WHY ISN'T HE IN THE ALL TIME GREATES TEAMS LIKE THE 90'S AND LEGENDS.

He wasn't in NBA LIVE 05 OR 06, AND I KNOW HE WASN'T IN STREET 3 AND I'M NOT SURE ABOUT STREET 2 BUT IM PREETY SURE HE WASNT

Jordan isnt included in the old school games because he would not allow them to license his name. Similar to Bonds, his image was not a part of the Players' Association contract most games sign. So to get the rights to use his name/image, they'd have to deal with him personally and probably pay a hefty sum. Most games bypassed doing this and either omitted him or made a player of similar abilities but with a different name (and usually a white guy). Hope that helps ya.

I know for a fact he's in NBA Live 2004 and it says on the back of NBA Street 1 that he's a level boss
I can't speak for the newer games, but I'm pretty sure he's in there. Maybe you need to unlock him. He can dunk from the freethrow line in NBA LIVE '04

MJ is MJ. He doesn't want to be in the game. Mike didn't want to sell his name to nba live 06. Many other legends are there even those older than him. Him not in the games makes him special. I bet every fan wishes he were in the game to help them win or just to see him play. That makes him the greatest.
