i have bad headaches tingling fingers, having to go to the bathroom,sleeping light headed could i be pregnant?

You could also have low blood sugar.. high blood pressure..
Have yourself checked out..

Sounds like high blood pressure nothing to mess around with. You need to get some blood work done so they can check you for diabetes as well.

Maybe, Get your bloodsugar checked. Maybe nothing but you have some symptoms of disbetes which can come on during pregnancy.

Not likely, unless the case history of the patient also includes recent sex.
