The best players were ZiZou and Fabio Cannavaro. Zidane has shown his class in every game, and Fabio was the King of Italian defence! I really don't know who was better than this two guys>>>

Klose, Ballck, and Podolski. I think they are three awesome players. There may be others just as good, but I happen to be the most familiar with the german team and did not watch all the worldcup games, although most of them.

I would have to say Jens Lehmann, he is an amazing goalkeeper. What he did in the penalty shootout against Argentina proves it. Jens is the best goalkeeper!
