of my cute outfits for the shoot.i let her use 2 hats shoes and clothes,accecories,jewewlry and all.when it was over she ask if she could borrow some of these items i thought it to be o.k. since she lives very close.I have been trying for a month to get her to return my things she refuses.i am so mad how can i get her to return them without the police they don't care i tried..............v

If you loan someone something the police can not help you at all, you can sue her but its her word against yours and probably you will lose that too, just ask her again nicely, maybe say hey sorry to bother you but I am doing a shoot and need that outfit back, you can re-borrow it again when Im done with it or something, but truthfully you are in a better place you have pics of her and can use them as levrage, tell her they go on the web or worse if she dont return your crap.

Just let it go, and remember what happened in the future. Never lend others your clothes unless you are willing to do without them. I've found it about 50/50 chance you will ever get loaned out things back.
So dont loan anything unless ur willing to lose it. Even to your close friends or family.

that is sad that the police dont care. did you file the report that she stole things from you? try that. or get a big scary person to go over there and get them back for you.

i would say just go to her house with a friend with you and ask for your things back and if she is not there but lives with here mom and dad then ask them. that all i can say to do. good luck
