I take a claritin each day and I still can't breathe!

Yep, and you have to thank the meth labs for having Claratin D pulled from the shelves. I do get some relief from a humidifier in my room at night, air conditioning and heating really does a number on my sinus's. The humidifier loosens up the gunk in my nose and lungs.
I have known a few people who have opted to have the sinus burned out surgically. I hear it is very painful, recovery is up tp 4 weeks, but the lifetime of living without allergies is well worth it.
