does valerian root extract work? i'm thinking of buying some. anybody tried it?

I've been using it for a month or so and it seems to really help. I take it with Melatonin, which will also help you sleep.

I still feel like crap when I wake up though. It just helps me get to sleep.

I have sleeping problems and the other day I bought 'Bigelow's Sweet Dream' Herb tea....and it works for me!!

i have used it and it did help me out the best part is your not sleepy the next day like you are with the over the counter sleeping pills.
