Ever since my son hit puberty, I've noticed that one of his balls is bigger than the other, and the other is even bigger than that one.

That one of his balls is bigger than the other I understand; but that the other is even bigger than that one is strange - that should not be possible.

What an honor, by the way, to be allowed to answer a question by the real you!

If i would say I 'd say it was normal, the reason is this; you know how your blood travels thru out your body well it starts from one side to the other and I think it is cuz one side gets the oxiginated blood b4 the other, it's totaly normal my 14 yr old cuz has a lump on his knee and on the same side he has more "armpit hair"
like he sez so im prety sure it's so normal but I would realy get an opinion from a male dr.

its not unusual for a bloke/young lad to have one bigger than the other but my partner had a problem wer he had a cist on one testicle and it swelled up to a huge size so if ur worried get him to get it checked out
