Good hygeine, good diet and good genetics are helpful. You're lucky in part, but keep up the good work.

Well they are too ashamed to show their true features with all that make up on their faces and wait till they are 30 and have so many wrinkles they will need more than make up to cover up, my friends are as bad but tell you what I am almost the big 50 and haven't got a wrinkle in sight, Liz Earle does a really good product called Cleanse and Polish and its excellent for spots and blackheads (no I know you didn't mention them) but it gets rid of them too if there was a problem with them and keeps your skin looking fresh and clean and no need for soap anymore, soap is rubbish on faces anyhow and all it does is dry the skin and cause spots, good luck and always be yourself.

don't use any skin products or anything like that. The truth is, these products cause acne, and other skin blemishes so you keep coming back and buyinh more of either that same product or someone elses product. It's just a huge fuckin gimmick, and don't damage your skin by buying into these scams. I guarantee you that if you stop completely using everything, in 3 months your skin will be perfect. Also don't pick or drink milk at all, and your wish will come true.

Too many cleaners can be your problem. Your face can be sensitive to them.
Try using a natural soap like Aveno with some warm water, then when your done splash your face with ice cold water that works the best for me.

Maybe you are cleaning your face too much.It needs natural oils to fight the kind that plug your pores, also some make up bases are made just for that reason to help acne, also be sure that after cleansing that you are moisturizing

What kind of spots? Either they are covering theirs with make-up or if you mean brown spots they are protecting their skin from the sun with make up and your not and yours are popping out.The sun will bring out freckles. If that's your problem put a little lemon juice on them it will lighten it.Good Luck!

whatever you do do not use soap and water it dries out your skin, and makes it worse, if its something like ache or really bad you can go to the dr's and they will priscribe something for it, also i always follow a simple rule cleanse tone and moistrise, if your skins sensive use simple products, also look at your diet if you eat junk food this might be effecting you different to your freinds, try eating more good foods than bad

oh and one more thing drink loads of water its really good for your skin and models swear by it.

Because youre not covered in makeup. For best results wear it at least one inch thick!
