you would be able to use it but because it is not a 3g Sim card you wouldn't be able to use the 3g side of things if that makes sense,

I think you can, but you may not be able to access your 3G features, such as video calling, internet services, etc. If it's simply for calling and texting then I imagine that you can do that. Give it a try, you've nothing to lose!

Yes u can use up the remaing credit from your old sim card.

yes, as long as the simcards are on the sam network you can use your old simcard to use up credit.

my 3g sim dosent work in 2g phones so probaly not
