Unfortuantely, there is no known cure for myopia. The process of developing myopia is not even completely understood yet. Eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables is good for your eyes (and the rest of your body) but it will not lessen your myopia or slow its progression. There are also no exercises for this either. There is vision therapy for other eye problems but myopia is not one of them.
Trust me, if there was something you could do, my classmates and I would be doing it!
Oh, and the see clearly method does not work. It has not been through any clinical trials and if it did really work it would be something eye professionals used and prescribed, not something you hear about on an infomercial.

I don't know about exercises. But blueberries and carrots are supposed to help with eyesight or at least prevent them from getting worse. I don't think there is a way to gain back your eyesight.

I suffer occasionally from sore eyes and some blurring of vision. My optician recommended foods high in anti -oxidants such as spinach and broccoli, and omega supplements like fish oil. I must say I have noticed a big improvement since following his advice. I even discovered that spinach tastes quite nice too! However, I still think you should have your eyes tested to check for problems, and in case you need glasses. Good luck!

Well
I'm following this system to perfect my vision with simple eye exercises http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413. I was skeptical at first but I'm really seeing very good results so far.
Very useful program!
Have a nice day

check out the "see clearly method" which does not improve sight but improves visual acuity, which does help you see better. my optometrist says take vitamins to reduce the risk of macular degeneration. but there is no cure for myopia.
