There are actually some places that pay up to $500,000 for one testicle. You have to look them up on the internet, but i believe theres a place in Viginia, the Jones Institute of Science, that pay you for a testicle for testing.

I do not know why anyone would want to purchase your husband's balls. If he wants real money, he can sell his kidney, there are people waiting to buy. Contact hospitals and find out if anyone is in need of kidney or give an advertisement.

I have been thinking about adding a third ball to my sack for the last few days. I will give him $50 for one of his balls. Please only contact me if you are serious Fifty dollars is a lot of money for a ball and I wont wait long. I will also trade him my balls if he would like I have two baseballs and a soccer.

way too many problems associated with that for any MD to do it privately for someone to gain profit. I doubt you'll find one, at least in the US anyway.
