If you have windows XP, you should be able to simply plug it into your USB port, and it should come up in My Computer (or you should be able to use Windows Media Player). Then, you simply drag and drop your songs into the drive of the mp3 player in My Computer, or in the sync list in Windows Media Player.

If you don't have windows XP, you'll probably need drivers. Your mp3 player probably came with a CD that will have the drivers you need.
