i fast to clean out my poop shoot, with a good dose of exlax and prune juice before hand. just stay near the crapper cause your bung hole will be set on full auto otherwise better buy some fresh BVDs

I've only fasted overnight, that's the most. I was hospitalised and needed to fast for a blood check the following morning. Trust me, those who fast more than a month were definitely taking supplements. Humans cannot live in 3 days without water, let alone be a month!

I hear ya Spanky. I like to use a gallon a luke warm water to clean things out, much better than exlax or prune juice, plus no intestinal cramping.
