ok say we tag the fathers and mothers who are absent parents,the rich ones will cough up rather than face the stygma,but what about the poor parents who have real problems again they will bear the brunt of the stygma like the 1900s where poor kids had no shoes,they will stand out like sore thumbs and again be picked on by society

Strangely I have just signed on and it is on the news.

The "tagging" law (in my view) cannot be used for debt recovery. It is only as a measure of protection to UK society. I think the High Court will block ANY attempt to allow tagging or confiscation of passports. Remember the golden rule.... anything US comes to the UK in 10 to 15 years (mostly) It is not unusual for senior Government figures to threaten things that are later ruled illegal.
I say "pay your dues" but I do not think this type of tactic will be used to enforce the issue.

if they want to have kids, they have to pay.... you dont get a choice in this world.

if i want nice things i have to work to pay....
