the earth plane is a "free fire", and free will zone. "everything" is down here. we're all "supposed to be" gaining wisdom and "more love", etc. unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your perspective, the majority appears to be yet in the early stages of the process. hopefully we will all survive their process. obviously, among them, are hypocrites and far far worse.

Everyone in the world is a hypocrite of one kind or another. We are this way because we pretend to be someone we are not when placed in various situations!

Very few people can be true to their beliefs, however some are better than others. I am afraid hypocrites run the world.
Examples are:
You are against killing, but support war.
You are against stealing, but you take money from donors for favorable treatment.

everyone is at one point in their life, including yourself. even if you didnt notice it im sure someone else has. its practically unavoidable.
