They're two completely different things.
Viagra is a medication, originally developed as a blood-pressure drug, which turns out to help men with certain kinds of erectile dysfunction (inability to become erect). There has been only a very small amount of clinical research done in giving Viagra to women, but it appears to help women who have certain medical conditions in which blood flow to the genitals is reduced, thereby causing difficulties achieving orgasm. If you suspect you may have a condition like this, see a doctor and as the ads say, "ask if Viagra is right for you."
A vibrating ring, on the other hand, is a sex toy. It's just what it sounds like -- a ring, usually of soft, flexible rubber/silicone, that has a small vibrator built into it. It's designed so that a man can slip it over his penis, turning himself into a vibrator during intercourse. Some of them place a small "bullet" vibrator inside a soft pouch, meant to be worn so that it stimulates the woman's clitoris directly on each stroke. It's said to enhance orgasm for both partners; I haven't used one, so I can't comment.

for one viagra is for guys who cant get a hard on, and shouldnt be use w/ certain people and meds. a vibrating ring goes on and if ya have the vibrater one it massages it is harmless and most guys do get in ot it, and can also be a pleasure for a certain female your w/ while have it gives you a extra sensation, good luck

Viagra is for men to keep their erection longer and a vibrating ring will tickle you clit to stimulate it more. That will drive you crazy and will do your body wonders!
