need help witht his game

ive only found a couple of keys

Keys in the following places: 1under the cup on the desk, 2in the lower right drawer, 3on top of the cabinet in the upper right, 4Upper right door(use special key in lower left drawer to unlock door), 5middle drawer 3rd from bottom, 6upper left door (use special green key from 2nd drawer from lower right to unlock door). There are 4 more keys I can't find. I don't know what you're supposed to do with the pen, umbrella, cup, and scissors.

just click on a key or other things that may be useful. they will then go down in the tray.
