Like so many celebs, she had Chiclets installed on her teeth, then lost weight upsetting the balance of her face. So she looks a little weird now but she is also growing up and losing that facial fat that young teens naturally have and usually lose as they get a bit older. But she does look alarmingly 30's ish.

even as each and every person first reported Hilary Duff hit it enormous, she changed into what? 12 or 13? of route she grew up and were given older, so her visual charm replaced dramatically. also, she has makeup artists that make her face seem a particular way :)

her teeth she had a deizise and she had to get her teeth pulled down so they are not fake and she is only 95 pounds and she has been on a diet but when she was in lizzie mguire she looked completly nomal and helthey but now she looks sick but i think she is a great singer and i still like her music

she use to be "chunky" which actually means normal but lost some "baby fat" and now her face looks like a skeleton
