Can identification of sdram chips be done from the lables?

Question

I have 2 memory sdram chips ,the lable readings are
!)G0142.1 5000241
VT QC 48380 ; and
2) 006-3100109
VT QC 62916Q
Can anybody help me indentify what these are?.They were removed from an old case from a motherboard defunct now.

Is there a manufacture sticker on the ram?.. i didn't get any results running those numbers through google.
