I have a sore from a hangnail I pulled, and I am pretty sure that this is not the fault of George W Bush.
However, I do think that a good case can be made that Dubya's foreign policy priorities have resulted in catastrophic failure (Iraq, basically.)
And his foreign policy vacuums (i.e. the lack of any discernable policy regarding Israel, the middle east, and being an 'honest broker) have eroded the US' status as the go-to middleman. Earlier presidents would have better managed the Lebanon debacle.
So he certainly cannot evade some responsibility for much of the bad news we hear on the news, even if no single person is responsible for all of it.

well he certainly is blamed for it isnt he?? he was even blamed for CAUSING hurricane Katrina. when the media doesnt want you in office you wil get blamed for everything. while others get a free pass.. and most of america buys into it. because they are too lazy to look up facts for themselves.
