Getting a DUI
or getting arrested on driving on susupended license,

DUI. Driving on a suspended is usually a fine. DUI is more likely to put you in the pokey.

Even though both of these are traffic violations but I do believe that the courts would look down upon being intoxicated while driving. You are putting more people at risk when driving under the influence. I also think it would determine why your license was suspended as well. If it was already suspended because of a DUI. Then it obviously would be more serious. I think though that if it was just a minor traffic violation that took your driving license away then they court would favor the suspended license more than a DUI.

Personally, I think a DUI would be more serious.. you could kill someone. If you HAD a license, at least we know you drove well enough to pass the test. But, I wouldnt recommend doing either.

DUI is deffinately more serious, because your licence doesn't impare your ability to drive.

They are both seriously inappropriate behaviours that will haunt you for the rest of your life.
