It's probably PARTIALLY an act, but I'll bet she could put this question in proper english. (Her on-air personality is probably about as real as her lips, which is not to say that the REAL Jessica isn't a bimbo...)
If you're going to insult a person's intelligence, make sure you have room to talk.

She doesn't know what the real world is like anymore. She claims that she was little and had a real life before she became famous. But honestly once someone becomes famous i think they really forget what the real world is like. I mean she gets everything she asks for, and she doesn't have to know anything. So if you don't have to be smart, why bother trying???

Apart from the fact that her Dad seems to rule more than just her career....I think it's an act. To be that stunned I think you have to be smart enough to know that it'll pay well if you have big boobs.
