Aren't bedbugs the little mites that feast off dead skin cells or am I backwards here? If so, don't think you can get rid of them.
In fact I believe there are even mites that live on all people's eyelashes... regardless of socioeconomic status or cleanliness, it's just mites.

Ok, besides stripping the beds and washing them in hot water, and drying them on high heat...

You have to do your Pillows too!

Take each of them and put them in the dryer on HOT, for 30 minutes every week, once a week!
This will kill all the mites that accumulate from dead skin cells that are feeding on the pillows. And, every time you put your head on them, they feed on YOU!

Now, vacum your bed, using a detachable hose with a "hepa" filter on it...(bes filter on the market), or, with a whole house vacumn, that exhausts outside!
(Its the best type of vacumn to have).

I wish you well..

Jesse

Try stripping the bed down and vacuuming the entire thing inch by inch (both sides) with a good vacuum. Place a good quality anti-microbial mattress cover on it and you should be good to go. I would replace the pillows also.
