Many times. I hate that feeling. It makes you feel like you are worthless and have no point in being here. Of course, I know this isn't the truth, but it still feels bad. And it's usually because you are different from the group of people you're around. You don't "fit in". Personally, I think that's bull. Why should I have to conform to a bunch of fads and ideas just so I can be recognized? Sometimes, I really hate society.

Once I was sent to give a message to my classmates from my teacher and everyone was talking to each-other. I told them what I had to say, but somehow they only heard what they were saying to each-other, I called their attention and still they didn't hear me. (And that wasn't deliberate either, they really didn't hear me.) That made me feel, well, not strictly-speaking, invisible, but as if they didn't know I was there.
I finally got their attrention when I moved a few feet closer and entered the circle of people.

actually i make my area around me if i don't wanna talk i leave people alone and they go on with their conversations. and when i wanna get loud and act a fool people act a fool with me. and when i wanna be thoughtful and absord my surroundings i speak proper like and others stay with me (sometimes). i have never thought i was invisible when i can open and close my mouth in any situations.
edit to new addition: lol i understand what your saying that's all that matters if i couldn't understand what you meant i would ask you.

Yes especially from my mom after my dad died and she started dating again,she would tell guys that my siblings were younger than they were so she could be younger and since I am the youngest she pretended that I didn't exist, it made and still makes me feel invisable since my own momma doesn't acknowlege me over something so vain

I always feel like that. I'm the loner everywhere I'm at, even school. My life is invisible. That's why I like the internet, people will chat with you no matter what.

invisible meaning being ignored?? Sure, we all feel that sometimes when in a public place.. We can't be in the center of attention all the time!

Almost like no one wants to know you and that you are not meant for life.
