Holy S**T. That is absolutely terrifying! Personally, I'd move. But if you're not a total arachniphobe, like I am, you could try placing hedge apples (also known as osage oranges) under there. You can find them in produce markets around the end of the summer/beginning of fall. You can also try regular spraying of the area with bug spray. I think you should call an exterminator, though.

keep that boxspring active - a little more action in bed will keep the bed bugs out.
and you'll have a lot of fun.
professional exterminator might help too.
