1.) Freeze your underwear: Spring has sprung.
2.) String up some Ice cubes and wear them as jewelry: Start a summer fashion trend?
3.) Hose down your mattres: Now thats a Waterbed!
4.) Lie down naked in the grass while the sprinkles system does its thing while singing "Im Singing in the rain..."
5.) Light a match close to the sprinkler in the house to trigger the fire sprinkler system: Call the fire dept: "This is only a drill, I repeat..."
6.) Dont have a convertible? Tape a hose to the vents of your car and stuff them down your pants to channel the AC. Take a drive: Now you do.
7.) Don't microwave your microwave dinners. cut them up and eat them as frozen power bars: Turkey pot pie popsicles! Good times!
8.) Clean out your fridge and its drawers. Place inside a small bar stool and move the TV to the kitchen. Oprah, ice cream and a cool breeze what else do you need?
9.) Strap a large fan to your bare chest with some duct tape and Sing the "Im too sexy for my shirt" song.
10.) Fill the tub with shaved ice and water, down an 8 ounce frozen Jamba Juice (mango tango works best) and dive in.

Keep a cold wet cloth around the back of your neck. My sports medicine Dr. says this is the best way to bring down your body temperature.
Put your bed sheet in the freezer.
Fans placed in windows with windows at opposite end opened to increase the air circulation.
A small spray bottle with ice water in it.
Drink lots of cold water and juices....smoothies and milk shakes work too ;)

Simple hit the water lady!! yeah no really just got back from the lake absolutely loved it!! but really if you cool your ankles and your neck it will cool your whole body because of the huge amount of blood flowing through those areas! Another good place is behind your knee but icing that area can cause numbness to your leg and foot!

After I take a shower I lay on the bed naked and turn the ceiling fan on high to dry off.
