Because your feelings are the one thing about the situation that you CAN control. You get to make the choice about how to feel. That is one thing that we have total control over!

this is an easy one. people want to control every part of there personal, and sometimes public life. being able to do so would make it so that person would be able to know exactly whats goin on when, but since we cant do that, we get discouraged about it and then angry because we cant control life. but we all have to remember that this is life, its supposed to be uncontrollable, its supposed to be a journey, and supposed to be fun!

because

1) some people can't admit they're wrong
2) most people don't sympathize/empathize w/ others
3) people can be extremely selfish creatures
4) people don't know/aren't taught to deal w/ frustration in healthy manner
5) the more comfortable people are w/ their family/friends/spouse, the easier it is to take anger out on them

try as hard as u can to be level headed, put yourself in someone else's shoes, and understand that whether or not YOU agree w/ the reason WHY, the fact that someone is unhappy or upset is a good enough reason to work on the problem instead of getting upset for being frustrated.

I think the anger stems from frustration of not being able to control things. The anger can also come from seeing the injustice, peril, hopelessness, suffering and tragedy from things out of our control.

some times people just need to vent a little to get things off their chest. most of the time it's not the issue that angers them, their just looking to release a little pressure/stress. unfortunately, it's usually at someone else's expense.
