Appt for 8am Friday morning. They got here at 2pm. I needed a circuit board (as I told them before they got here). Left 10 min later to obtain board.
They called at 6pm, can't fix it until monday at 9am due to staffing and problems obtaining the circuit board. It is now 9:20am Monday, no call, no service person. It is freaking hot here the past 4 days. My house was 103 on Saturday at 11am. Do I wait and let these people work on it and probably fix it today, or tell them never mind and wait for another company who can be here Wed 12-2pm and helped me diagnoise it over the phone? I'm ticked off but hate this heat. I don't want to stand on principle and suffer, but then again not sure if this is a company I should count on.

I would call the boss of that Company and complain. Explain that your suffering and if they cant get it done NOW, that you are going some where else!

They HATE to lose money and will get it done pronto, if it can be done...

I wish you well..

Contact the company's customer service and file a formal complaint. Demand that they compensate you for your lost time and for putting your (and your family's if appropriate) health at risk. If you get no satisfaction from them, go to the other company and never call the first company again.
