President of what country? If it is the U.S. then this is my advice:
If you were to ever become president you could start by ending social security. It is becoming utterly pointless except that it sucks money from peoples wallets. The only reason it was created in the first place was to help get us out of the Great Depression.

Reduce the wages of all goverment employees, senators,govenors,congressmen,state legistrators. etc. and make them PAY TAXES like all Americans do. Why should they be above the law?
